Sarah Leeming

Sarah is the owner and Salon Director of Sarai and has been with the salon since it opened in 1993 although actually started hairdressing in 1989.

In 2002 I became a partner in the business and took ownership of the business in December 2005. In April 2006 I re-branded and created Sarai Hair & Beauty. It was time for a whole new experience and to achieve this, the salon needed to evolve and change with the times. I wanted to create a professional experience and a wonderful feeling of calm and give great advice – “I strive to help people feel confident and inspired again.”

I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all forms of hairdressing and beauty and I am also the in-salon trainer for the company – My main inspiration is my Team and their ability.

I am always trying different ways to grow and expand the business to ensure its ongoing success and your comments are important to me; and I am always happy to hear feedback regarding the salon and team so that Sarai can continue to improve and deliver the service our clients have come to expect.

I know how important training is for all staff with the continual changes in the fashion industry and I continue to receive training myself as well as training the Sarai team, in and out of the salon. ‘You can never stop learning, education is important and motivating.
